Sberbank RAS net profit rises 70% to 936.65 bln rbl in Jan–Sep
MOSCOW, Oct 7 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russia’s largest bank Sberbank rose 70% on the year to 936.65 billion rubles in January–September, as calculated under Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), the bank said in a report on Thursday.
In September, the bank’s net profit grew to 109.1 billion rubles against 79.8 billion rubles in the same month of 2020.
Retail deposits with the bank grew 3.9% in January–September to 16.32 trillion rubles as of October 1 and corporate deposits grew 8.7% to 8.478 trillion rubles.
The bank’s retail loans rose 19% in the period to 10.084 trillion rubles as of October 1 and corporate loans increased 3.6% to 16.03 trillion rubles.
